Takes you away R3W3

Ok so I'm going through some pretty bad stuff at the moment. Don't worry I'm not going to give you an x factor sob story.

But the thing I have constant in my life is running and being outside on my own trying to reach a goal makes every bad thing disappear for 30 minutes ... Music on, feet pounding... FREE.

Doing couch to 5k is the best thing I have ever done. Dramatic? Hell yeah. Bring on next week!

C25Kis not only a great thing to do in itself but proof that positive change is possible and within everyone's grasp. Keep on keeping on!

I've just done W3R2 and although i found the breathing ok, my issue was my shins and then my calfs! On each of the runs I had to walk the very last minute as the terrain I had been running on was just too much for my shins and calfs
