Just done the first run of week 3. This actually felt much quicker than week 2, possibly because you only had 4 sets of running.

This is my run for tonight, and I was scouting for someone to say "it wasn't so bad!" I'm hoping the same - fewer reps seems psychologically more doable!

W3 sessions are so quick aren’t they?? .... make the most of it!👍😜

I was quite perplexed as to how I was done... with about 10 mins walk home!
I did mine this morning too and was back before I knew it. They are only 23 mins long so quicker than the other sessions. I found it much easier than I thought I would.

Yes I’m on week three and couldn’t work out why I had a lot of my route left but my running was over!
I was strangely disappointed at how soon it was over. Quite confidence boosting knowing that I felt I could have run further
