Ok, so it was cold tonight which I seem to prefer. Felt easier than R1, but still not easy and as such I have no idea how I will be able to step up to week 3. The positives are: I've run twice this week when I really wasn't too keen to but I am pleased I did and I was surprised to notice that for a few moments tonight, I could feel a smooth rhythm to my (still slow) pace. That was equally pleasing. π€π
