Just found myself running along a flat bit, totally in the flow and the “so easy now” song came on! Can’t believe at wk 1 I thought 60seconds was a challenge but somehow I’ve reached the place where I could sing along (sort of) and really start to feel like a runner 🏃‍♀️

But I thought that the lyric was "So wheezy, not so wheezy now" to celebrate the improvement in our breathing :-)

Indeed!! Started in October and made it to wk 8. Picked up a foot injury and had to start from scratch again 😢

So general fitness is better than when I was here last time and I’m fanatical about doing my physio exercises to keep injury free!! 👍

But certainly not going to push too hard!
