So I have just completed week 7 and decided to give park run a go๐Ÿ˜ฌ

I only bloomin smashed it!! running (admittedly not fast) all 5k finishing in 35.4 minutes ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ

Question though should I complete the c25k plan or do my own thing??

You should complete the plan slowly, don't try and rush through speeding up, or you may regret it!

Well done, that is fabulous! But defo complete, it's all part of building your strength and stamina. And then when you graduate, we all look forward to seeing what you do next!!

I would say to finish it, I first did 5k on Week 8 Run 1 but after all the effort was determined to finish the programme.

Well done on your 5k however - a runner is born ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ
