It truly does. I thought i was going to collapse during week one. Now Im running 30 minutes non stop. For many of us, the first week is the hardest. So youve done brilliantly to finish it.
Oh I hope so lol, not done any serious exercise for a few years..time to get the finger out ! Thank you for the encouragement

Well done for getting out there, every weeks something of a challenge but week on week you will be getting stronger and before you know it you'll be trotting out to park run

You should be! I did w3r1 this morning. It doesn't get any easier in terms of how out of puff you are - I was the same today after 3 mins as I was on the first run after 90 seconds! The runs really do build your endurance, I'm doing way more than I thought possible! Keep it up!
Thanks all, legs are a bit sore today which is a pain as wanted to get back out again but best give it a day
It definitely gets easier. I could hardly walk after my first sessions and my legs used to ache so much that I couldn't sleep. That was only a few short months ago and since finishing the programme I am running more than 5k in 30 minutes. Stick with it, you will be glad you did
