Week 1 - first session done

Thanks everyone who gave me support and advice - managed to keep going even when my friend had to walk (though I'm so slow I'm sure some people walk faster anyway). Can't ever imagine getting off week one tbh but I suppose it doesn't matter how long it takes as long as I'm trying. 😊

Not only trying but succeeding! I expect to take a while to manage each section, but who cares? We will be happier and healthier than those not even trying.

Pat yourself on the back, you're doing good x

Well done to you both. Completing W1R1 is a huge achievement - going out the door for that first run is so daunting, but you did it! W1R2 here you come - good luck!

Well done for starting, that really is the hardest part. Who cares if you run slower than some folks walk, you are making the running motion and that will build up your strength and stamina with every session. Just keep moving as slowly as you need to. You will get there! And the bonus of moving slowly is that you get to enjoy the scenery :) .
