Tried to do my week 1 run 3 after taking 2 rest days. I really struggled and will need to redo the run. Just wondered if this was because l took 2 days off :(

No, I dont think so. I find an extra day is quite beneficial sometimes. I have found, and others will tell you, that some runs are just like that. I had two or three I had to redo in the course of the program, and the next run was always absolutely fine. Sometimes your body seems to dig its heels in, consolidate the new activity, and then move forward.

It is fine to take two days off.

Just take it nice and slow and you will see benefits in just a few runs.

Thanks for comments, completed the run again yesterday and it was so much better. Week 1 complete 😃
