Wk5 Run3, done!

I did it! After 2 days of conscious hydration my legs were back to normal, no more concrete shoes, and I found my rhythm without too much trouble.

Could have done without being yelled at from a passing van 5 minutes in, but I just kept going and soon was at the finish line! Last 2 minutes were the hardest, but I am soo pleased to be back here! Now I get to wear my new ‘week 5 reward’ trousers for the next run too!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran

Never mind dead ‘eads in vans or whatever They obviously are so thick they are not worthy of our attention

Cool running there. Week 5 yay! 😃👍🏃‍♀️💥

Some days it does feel like we are heavy legged but never mind just push on slowly and carefully. Things get better as we progress through the weeks. Take your time though as there’s no rush

Have fun 😃👍🏃‍♀️

It's amazing what a difference water makes...I am a convert, I didn't drink enough previously.

Well done on nailing that run. Overnthe halfway mark now, no going back !

What people say and do reflects solely on themselves.

You are quite right.

He is a dickhead.

You are a runner.

Not a lightweight track runner that does 100m, 200m ,400m or even 1500m. You are a Long Distance Runner. We are a rare breed and most people just don't get it.

First of all well done on completing w5r3, that is absolutely awesome! 💪💪such a milestone run and i think the turning point when we really start to believe that we can do this.

I really hope that bell end hasn't taken away from your feeling of victory. Honestly, he's probably jealous and not particularly happy in his own life if he feels the need to make himself better by putting someone else down.

Sounds like if he got out of his van and tried to run with you, you would beat the idiot hands down because....

a) you're bound to be fitter than him and....

b) the friction caused by his knuckles dragging along the floor would really impact his pace. God, it sounds like if Darwin was still alive this tosser and his unevolved brain would be a perfect case study pickled in a display cabinet in The Natural History Museum.

Go and revel in your amazing achievement. You are fabulous, you are strong and you've got this girl! 👏🏅🏅🙌
