Hi everyone

Happy New Year. I graduated from 5k in November and completed a few parkruns which was brilliant albeit slowly. Chest infection and Christmas came and went and have determined I need a structure to keep me motivated. Planning to do 10k in June so any recommendations for an app that will take me from 5-10k most welcome (if they're free, even better)

Thanks in advance

We have an in-house 5 to 10k programme. It’s organised by Juicy-.ju. go,over to the 10k community and find the introductory clip 👍😃

May I also suggest my asics my.asics.com/uk/en-us . It is free and you can get a tailored plan based on you and your level.

Also this gives you the option of setting the length/duration of you plan. You can play around with dates for a bit till you find one over a time period that works with you.
