I loved the structure of the c25k program. Looking at apps for 5k to 10k I notice alot of them start week 1 with less run time than the last run of c25k
In my mind I would add 10% to the time each week so 33mins week 1 , 36.30mins week 2 etc.
Do you think this is a good route to go down or is there a good app that you can recomend?
Thanks

If you don't want to follow a structured plan you can just gradually increase the time or distance, though not sure 10percent a week is sensible or sustainable for long, but a plan that is thought out like the beginner one will probably give better results and keep your interest. There are lots of plans for 10k out there, a lot of the charities have a free to access training plan if you don't want the verbal coaching.
Slightly confusing - am in similar position. Bridge to 10k just seems to be a forum. Lots of people takingsbout the mysterious ju jus plan with no easy way to find out! Eventually found this - presume this is it?!!
That is a version of it, she now does one that targets time run or distance. Also has video links to core strengthening exercises.
You register with her to start the plan, do the 3 runs a week (in any order), when you complete it you let the admin team know and get your graduate 10 badge.
It is useful and the people on that forum offer a lot of advice and support.
Have a look at the free Bluefin Software Bridge to 10k PODCAST. Search Brudge to 10k in Podcasts and you should find it. Similar to C25K but less personal encouragement 🤪
