I just completed week 1 day 1 of the C25K. I was using MapMyRun, the last time I logged a run there was the 16th Jan 2017!! Oops! I fell out of love with running, but I want to get back to it - I really enjoy it when I’m out and feel so proud when I get back (damn endorphins!).
Anyway, I’m back on it, I look forward to reading your hints and tips and share some frustrations through this journey!
