I just completed week 1 day 1 of the C25K. I was using MapMyRun, the last time I logged a run there was the 16th Jan 2017!! Oops! I fell out of love with running, but I want to get back to it - I really enjoy it when I’m out and feel so proud when I get back (damn endorphins!).
Anyway, I’m back on it, I look forward to reading your hints and tips and share some frustrations through this journey!

Great job! I managed to do it as well! I was actually disappointed when I had to stop running and start walking, I felt like I was just getting in to my stride!
It was good probablybetter than I thought it was going to be as my legs are a bit sore from my first run. The last run I did today was hard but I did it.
Not sure how my legs are going to feel in the morning 😩
How old are you did you do much exercise before??
