Yay, brilliant!! Bet you feel fantastic. The programme will take you out of your comfort zone but that's a great thing as you'll achieve things you thought you wouldn't be able to! I was the same, the advice from the forum went round and round my head during t the runs and it got me through the programme Rest up and look forward to the next run!
Well done. Just keep going really slowly and make sure you stretch to minimise aches and pains.
Fantastic, well done on getting started, you'll soon be in the routine of going out for your runs. Keep posting. The programme really does work.
Congrats and well done. You will be pleased to know that is the hardest one over. Getting out there and getting started means you have made big strides already.
Well done - now you're on your way. Stretch out after your runs - it helps ease any stiffness.
