Ran today for first time without Jo Whiley 🙈 a little slow due to mud and wind but an enjoyable 4K

Well done, the wind out there is no mean feat so that’s impressive that you got out there! I have Jo whiley in my ear and sort of nervous about running without her... I have 7 runs left!

Must admit I might just go back to having Jos prompts for a while. The guy on Strava is very much facts and no fun 🙈😂 enjoy those runs a proper runner once told me it doesn’t get easier its you who gets stronger and I really believe that 👍🏼 good luck and thanks for kind words

An enjoyable 4K, and looks like by following the reservoir, you ran in the shape of a soaring bird. Ever since IannodaTruffe posted the challenge of gps art over Christmas, I'm constantly looking for shapes in people's maps. Nice work!

Well done! I have one more run to go, and I'm kind of looking forward to running without Jo telling me I've done 5 minutes!!

I plan to use Map My Run, so it will be interesting, and hopefully not too depressing, to find out how far I am running in 30 minutes.

I used Strava on W7R1 and got really down at how far I was running but now just happy to have graduated and looking forward to pushing slowly towards better distances/times. That 4K was 35 mins so be lucky to do under 45mins for 5k but that’s the challenge now. I don’t mind Jo especially on the W8 onwards . Enjoy that graduation run it’s a great feeling 👍🏼

I’ve loved having Sarah Millicam as my running coach and it’s going to feel weird running without her. 😢😢

Great effort especially in difficult conditions I’m sure you can concentrate on distance and then times as you complete more runs

Strava will be a good motivator for splits but every run is different 😊

Looks a great place to run 🏃🏼‍♀️ have fun and keep going 👍
