So following a very slow and steady 2k a couple of days ago I did the same distance at a much quicker pace and it felt good. The back felt strong with no pain. 😃

Good for you but watch that back maybe do 2.5 a few times then 3km better safe than sorry!! You might find your speed picking up better with shoryer runs, i know thats my plan once this awful black ice goes😠
Good to hear. Out of interest would a girdle or a weight belt help with the back issue?
