Curly's turn on the injury couch

Grrr, my herniated disc has decided to "pop". I tried to go for my run this morning anyway, sometimes exercise will "put it back in place", but couldn't get my breath, as the problem I have with the disc, along with scoliosis (curvature), causes my diaphragm to constrict...just when it was all going so well too....

Hope it sorts itself out soon, sometimes i can be "crooked" for weeks...there is a new osteopath opened at the end of my street, I might try them in a couple of days if it doesn't get better. At least I have some very strong prescription drugs from the French Doctor, they are not available in England. I'm not sure if they help or not, but I don't much care about anything after I've taken them! Please excuse any silly things I might say over the next few days!

Oh bad luck Curly, that sounds really grim. Hope you're feeling better soon. In the meantime just kick back on the Injury Couch and enjoy the relief those French pain killers are bringing you. :) xx

I totally misread the title and expected a very different post.

I thought the title was 'Curly's turn on the injury coach'!!

I really hope you are feeling better soon, but take it easy, you really don't want to mess around when it comes to your back.

Ha ha ouch! Don't make me laugh, it hurts! No turning on any coach's for me ATM!
