Hello 2018

Out for my first run of the year at 8am this morning. Back to work tomorrow so will be running earlier again or after work. The weather was drizzling rain so thought I would do a 30 minute run today so a little short if the 5k. I think it must have been the New Year Celebrations but I felt a bit sluggish today. My legs were feeling achy so I’m going to leave it a couple of days before I run again. However, completed the 30 mins so I’m pleased with myself.

For 2018 aiming to continue running 3 times a week and my goal is to try a Parkrun! I’m more confident running in daylight now and have run with a friend so Parkrun will be my next challenge. Wishing you all a Happy New Year 😊
