Happy New Year! I went out for a run today with lovely Laura in my ears and took a new route. Country lanes with up and down bits to keep the interest. This was run 2 of week 8 and I loved it. I remember trying to do the same run over a year ago and not being able to manage half way and I am 100% certain that it is only due to the program that I can now run up and down hills for 28 min with a semi-smile on my face. The most surprising bit was that I enjoyed the music - should I be worried?
