Two weeks shouldn’t have lost anything, so maybe you lost a tiny amount. I’d say start where you left off. Chest infection may have an effect first time back out, but then you can reassess based on what you can do.

You lose little or no discernible condition in two weeks, so just pick up where you left off, but keep your pace nice and slow........ you will be fine.
