Some advice please

Recovered from chest infection and not run for +2 weeks, I had got to Wk5R1. Any suggestions on returning to c25k? Redo week 4? Any suggestions or shared experience would be appreciated? Ta kindly

Two weeks shouldn’t have lost anything, so maybe you lost a tiny amount. I’d say start where you left off. Chest infection may have an effect first time back out, but then you can reassess based on what you can do.

Thanks for response, wee bit anxious (daft really). Been walking (getting my steps up) a fair bit each day the past few days and feel ok. Will see how R2 goes cheers

You lose little or no discernible condition in two weeks, so just pick up where you left off, but keep your pace nice and slow........ you will be fine.
