So much easier than I thought. Despite the dark cold evenings I managed to finish the course and Graduate.

What do I do Next? I need to push on to another challenge.

You consolidate :) You running legs have only just got going, and your stamin and strength need to build also.. so.. a couple of weeks of consolidation of the 30 minute runs... different routes and some shorter an dlonger runs too.

Then, maybe try the C25K+ podcasts.. challenging and fun and very useful to build up the disciplines within our running... then maybe try a 10K ... there are a few choices out there and our own , ju-ju- will be starting another 10K programme soon :)

Well done on your graduation. I repeated week 9 for a few runs and then just did my own thing. Enjoy your running 👏

Well done graduate.

Time to consolidate a while with 3 x 30minutes a week. Enjoy!

Congratulations. Well done 👍

It is really common to feel a bit lost when you first graduate. @oldfloss has it covered as usual. Enjoy your running from here on in 🏃🏾‍♀️ 🎉😁

What do you want to do next?

There is no rule about what follows, but a period of consolidation is highly recommended, for a few weeks, getting comfortable with that duration, before pushing.

Do you want to run further, faster or in particular places?

Do you want to race or run by yourself?

Road or trail?

Do you want to do half marathons, marathons or ultras, or just continue running for your fitness?

Have you tried parkrun yet?

Only you can answer those questions and then maybe we can offer some further advice.

Not what you're looking for?
