Sweet drinks or water?

Has anyone else found that since they started running, they have no desire for sweet drinks?

I usually have a sweet tooth and love my fizzy drinks but since I started back this programme last week, I've no longer wanted any sweet drinks and have been drinking alot of water instead.

Not complaining as it's a good thing!

hi Donna

yes i totally agree, i drink far more water since i started the plan. I also find I am way more conscious of what i am eating too - thinking about the benefit i will get from it - so my chocolate consumption is decreasing - also a good thing :-)

Adam's Ale... or the Lion's drink as my Nan used to say... water... nothing finer:)

I wish I could get off the fizzy. One step at a time though - I need to make sure this exercise habit sticks.

Sparkning ester with a drop of cordial worked a treat for my husband! You can gradually add less cordial if you want too :) best of luck!

What a great side-effect! That will definitely help improve your health, waistline and your teeth, I keep hearing about how bad all that sugar is for us 😟. I don't drink fizzy drinks as a rule, but I share your sweet tooth, and love chocolate, pastries and cake! Have to be very self-disciplined about those.... 😄
