So today I have done the second shuffle of week 1. Im not going to call what I do running yet. But I thank my work colleagues for being an inspiration. Blimey theyre fast. Lets hope I can keep this up once im back to work.

Good job on starting c25k, don't bother about your pace as long as you're completing the runs faster pace will happen eventually good luck😊😊

Welcome. 👏🏼 Out the door for the first time is the hardest step of all, and you’ve done it! Don’t worry - there are lots of shufflers, snails and tortoises on here. You’re in good company and those gazelles and hares need someone to compare themselves to. We are a living, breathing public service... 😂
