Graduate running bug : This morning I am in positively high spirits.

Like a lot of runners the ice and snow gave me a few extra rest days. It still surprises me that I miss running. Actually I'm surprised that I am a runner.

I looked out the window yesterday morning and almost cheered when I saw that the snow had completely melted away. So instead of heading to the gym I did a night run. Audiofuel spurred me on with the stepping podcast. The result is this morning I am in positively high spirits.
