Well , graduated 3 weeks ago and now have a few park runs under the belt. Luckily all my runs lately have seemed to catch the weather just perfect , if not a bit cold . Just like to say to anyone feeling like giving up keep at it . The feeling of graduating and then completing 5k is a great feeling of achievement. Hang in there and keep on running 🏃♂️ 🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃
