I graduated back in June and have continued to do 30/40 min runs 3x a week. I usually manage 4 to 5 k. I have no ambitions in running, just supplementing yoga with aerobic exercise. It has been really difficult to find the enthusiasm as winter approaches but this week I have caught the best of two days. The weather has been bright, the autumn colours beautiful and I have seen a heron on the lake! There are definitely good reasons to keeeep running πββοΈ π
Still running - sort of!: I graduated back in... - Couch to 5K
Still running - sort of!
No "sort of" about it! That's brilliant that you are managing 3x a week. This autumn sunshine is wonderful for running isn't it? All of the beauty without overheating! Am not enjoying the mud on my regular route though...
Running is one of the things where you can run for 30 minutes or 30 miles, it's a personal choice, if you only want to do 30 minutes then that's fine.
I'm glad you've found a reason to keep running, what you've achieved so far can't be written off as trivial and as Debston says, there is no sort of about it, like it or not, you are a runner and, unless you stop running, always will be.
The great reasons for running are endless your still getting out and you get to see some beautiful wildlife .

Sounds perfect. Glad you've kept up the running and found your happy place.
There are so many reasons to keep it up and Nature is a big one!
Sounds like you're doing great. No ambition isn't a bad thing as you are unlikely to push yourself too hard so can reap all of the benefits with very little risk! Win, win ππ»π
Loads of good reasons glad to hear you are finding them
