So I finished week 5 today, the first run on a treadmill thanks to the snow! I really do love snow...the more the better... but it’s a bit of a pain at the moment especially as I promised myself I would go for gait analysis & new runners if I finished W5! I went this afternoon & I have my new shiny runners, but I don’t want to get them wet or dirty....I might have to stick with my very old & tatty trainers (I think the man in the running shop was pretty horrified) until it’s gone. For the first time ever I say go away snow, I want to keep my beautiful runners beautiful! 😊
