Well after some ups and down managed to complete w5 r3 a 20 minute run today. I’m proper chuffed having given up smoking 150 days ago today to be able to do this. It’s been so tough. A day a few weeks ago finished w5 r 1 wheezing and struggling and thought I’d have to stop. Instead took a week break went back to week 4 r1 and restarted there again to get to this point. Determined to finish this program even if it takes a little longer than usual.

Well done Nickray47! You and I are at the same stage - I did the 20 min run earlier and plan to start W6 on Sunday. Today was tough but it was quite warm!
I've also just got home after week 5 run 3. Huge kudos to all of us .... onwards and upwards into Week 6
