That was hard work not as enjoyable as wk6 R3 the hills killed my legs I only went that way cause Laura said why not try altering your route!!! And I was like yeh sounds a good idea let’s go down this hill ohhh here’s another let’s go down this one then I had to come back up again I was calling Laura names at this point! There was one bit I nearly walked but managed to keep going

I understand that one! I changed route for one run of week 7 and regretted it. My normal route has one steep-ish hill that I go down on the outward run and back up on the way back. It only takes a couple of minutes as it's quite short.

The other route has a long gradual hill that's about a mile long. Again, downhill on the way out. That was an absolute killer coming back up again, even though it doesn't look very steep, it just seemed to go on forever and the legs were not happy about it!

I’ll be alternating routes I couldn’t do hills all the time 🙈

Take it slow and take it steady and especially up those hills... you need to get to that podium in one piece!!
