My morning run

Good run at Norwich Park run. Had choice today run or play carols in City with brass band. Run won the day much to hubby’s disappointment who will be playing outside with band for 3 hours!

We're playing in a concert tomorrow inside so we will be warmer 😂

I'm trying to gradually improve my pace but I did have to walk briefly at 3 1/2 and 4 1/2k. It's so much fun though!

We have a 3k charity 🎅 run at the park next Sunday so no Saturday run for me 🏃‍♀️

Hubby is guesting with another band to help them out and I was invited to go along if I wanted. I'd already planned a park run and it's so much more fun than running on my own 👍
