Set off on a windy cold morning at 6am as usual and took a different route along the road as my chest lamp broke on my graduation run. I am definitely getting more comfortable with these 30 min runs and my body comes along willingly now instead of being dragged even my legs are playing ball now. Enjoyed this run repeating week 9 Run 1 and definitely wasnβt daunted by the milestones Sarah announced. Whoβd have thought 9 weeks ago Iβd be getting out of bed before 6am and running! I love running πββοΈ β€οΈ
For anyone starting out or mid way in the programme keep it up even when you have a tough run you wonβt regret it. Happy running everyone π
