Wow what a difference between this run and the last one! Ran in 25 degree heat and sunshine on Sunday and now back in chilly Cheshire and ran in almost subzero temps and in the dark! Have hardly done any running outside but glad I went for it and went out tonight, was a bit nervous about running on the pavements and especially in the dark and cold.
My hardest one to date and I felt like I was starting to get a slight stitch but still enjoyable (afterwards!). I even planned my route to make sure I’d fit it all in. Does anyone else try and plan their route so they don’t have to cross many roads?? I find myself getting annoyed at the prospect of maybe having to stop running to let a car go past!
Well done, it is worth double brownie points in the cold and dark
20 degree+ drop well done you for nailing it and going out. Road crossing what a complete and utter pain - I get really tetchy when I get stuck at 3 way traffic lights and then have to wait what seems like 5 minutes to cross the road. AAARRGGGHHH.
