After a month's absence - of both being on here and also running - we have FINALLY completed our house move from suburban Herts to rural Norfolk. It has taken us a year and lordy has it been a stressful year. Anyway, we've been here 3 weeks now and me and Mr NW finally got our trainers on this afternoon and went for our first run along one of the country lanes by our new house. I would have taken my phone to take some pics but it was 3.30 and getting dark (we were in our high-viz, natch) but it was lovely to be out running again. It was only a short one, about 20 minutes but that's fine after a month's absence. We've done a couple of walks since we've been here, mainly for running route planning purposes, but to be out running properly has done us both the world of good. Yes, we could have run before now, but we were on a mission to get as many boxes unpacked as possible, you know how it is.
So I'm now back on here (had to change my email address with the move) so I'm looking forward to catching up with what you've all been up to. Yay!!
