If someone had told me 10 weeks ago I'd be running 30 mins non-stop by November, dragging the hubby along with me, I'd have laughed, said they were mad and thought pigs were about to start flying. Just done the final graduation run this morning and I can't believe we've done it. It's been well worth the aches, pains, moans, groans, sweat and tears. It's been one of the most physical and mental challenges we've done in years. We're amazed at how far we've come since that 1st run back in August and both feel a real sense of achievement, not to mention so much fitter and healthier. This Forum has been a godsend - fantastic. Thank you to everyone who posts on here, I've had loads of advice, help and support by just reading the posts and comments. We feel like proper runners now ๐๐
