Early morning 5k run beside the beach at Frankston before the sun comes out and the temperature rises. Love running on boardwalks- so bouncy!

We are here for 2 weeks so I guess I will see quite a lot of this particular route. Going to try a local Parkrun on Saturday.

I did that.... on Virtual runs... last October... I was having to use my cross- trainer after breaking my ribs! I had a boardwalk run on You Tube!

But you!!! You are doing it in real life Wonderful!!!

I know I am very lucky! Just have to get up and out early before it gets too hot for me to run.
