Hip Hip Hurrah! The big day came and I ran, ran, ran past the 30 minute mark. I ran right through the 5 minute cool down music on the podcast and then I ran some more! I ran 4.5km in all
Two months ago I got breathless running for 60 seconds, and today I ran for 40 minutes! This programme is AMAZING and I am so very grateful I found it last September. It has helped me initiate a big lifestyle change. I lost 6kg, I feel stronger and fitter than ever - I am happy!
So thank you NHS and thank you Laura and thanks everyone here, who encouraged me when I had bad runs. THANK YOU xxxx
