Eventually... has arrived and I feel RUNDERFULL

Not posted in a while but I’m still here plodding away.....and eventually..... I’ve made it W9R3 complete.... It’s taken me a lot longer than 9 weeks and here’s why.... not because I gave up.... I enjoyed the running/jogging so much that I saw an advert at the local leisure centre for a running course for beginners so I signed up..... Two 1hr sessions a week and I throughly enjoyed it we wasn’t actually running/Jogging for more than 10/15 min at a time with breaks in between in the beginning and C25k had gotten me that far at the end of W6 So i was so great full I’d started it and was determined to finish it so I fitted it in as and when I could.... but here’s the thing.... I finished the Run course and then joined the RunClub as I enjoyed the company of others and because C25k made me love Running/Jogging and I kept plugging away at time on the legs with C25k it’s improved my stamina and kept me injury free with slow n steady pacing.... Today I graduated and to top that off I did it at my very first ParkRun in 32.22min... yes me I did it ....eventually.... so if you starting out please don’t give up no matter how long it takes or what you have to do to graduate it’s so worth it to feel fitter and be healthier ... you got this...and to those of you that supported me gave me lots of advice and kept in touch during my absence I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me achieve my goals.... I feel RUNDERFULL today 💋

Runderful to hear how you've got on. I've got to go back to my beginner's running club ... I managed 1 week before life got in the way!
