Went out for W9R3 with my wife at lunch and had an absolutely smashing run. The weather was beautiful (absolutely the polar opposite of Weds!)

I'm absolutely thrilled with how running has absolutely captivated me. Thank you kind running folk for inspiring me to get on with it.
