Except instead of the 'innit hot, 'innit warm, 'innit lovely. It has been more like: 'innit dark, my head torch won't stay on, I'm too hot...I can't breathe, I can't see; as we attempted our first 6am run.

Thankfully it is very mild this morning. My son double knotted his hoodie string and couldn't loosen it, without assistance and my new thermal top was perhaps too much. It is very windy out there today so I also count our blessings that it wasn't freezing nor raining. So all in all not too bad...we will see how Friday goes ;)

Well done, I left House around 6:30, it was very dark. My running partner is my dog 🐕 it can be quite scary running on your own, wish I had someone to run with. It was quite warm, very tomato 🍅 faced today 😂

Fantastic, I admire all you dedicated people who run in the dark. I don't think I could do it (have too many balance issues with darkness.)

Ha ha. Innit FUN! Oh yesssss! The drawstring thing. nightmare 😱. You’re desperate for a pee in a race, leaving it til it’s convenient, and then horrors you have a knot in your cord 😁. Oh the language! 🙄😎

Headtorch fun! Enjoy 😃👍

You could Raz, I suppose, if you had a lovely steady jog. You could always give it a whirl. You could try it with a hand torch, which is what I did for ages before finally getting a head torch.

Great work, i'm still fast asleep at 6am. I like the way you brush off the little hindrances and see the positive, isn't running great!

Blimey your son is a little diamond getting out at that time - as are you of course! He's going to need his own graduation badge by the end too! Well done that's dedication from both of you, innit?!
