Hi there and welcome to What is your week November (2)

Nice to see so many of you joining in, it is a great support to everyone.

The idea of "what is your week"

Every week we are going to put up a post so you can add in a little post underneath to say what week you are planning to do this week.

Sample post (feel free to put as much or as little as you like)

Hi I am Realfoodieclub and this week I am doing wk 3, looking forward to it.๐Ÿ˜€

We are growing so much at the moment and I wanted to have a little fun post so we can see who is on what week of the program and hopefully it will help you to feel more included with the forum.

It will help other runners to know they are not alone on their own with their weeks and help everyone feel supported.

Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.

At the end of the month there will be a October certificate for you to download and keep, just a little memento of the fact you have completed a whole moth of the program. Another full month of running for you.

If you have just graduated this will be a great place to keep you motivated, there is always the Quest on the Bridge to 10km forum as well for graduates.

I will add all the names from this week under this post. Every week for the month of September the names will roll over into another post.

Let's get a good list going so we can support each other.

(Come on you lurkers you can do it as well. ๐Ÿ˜€)

Wishing you all a happy healthy week.

Rfc x.

Welcome onboard, your name has been added. You do right to not push yourself too much, rest is as important as your runs.

Thanks! Run 1 went really great. The first 5-7 mins were a bit tough, but after that it was just really nice.

Week 8 Run 1. A toughie as I had about a 20 day interlude of holiday and procrastination since the previous run. But I got tired around 15 mins in. So huge progress compared to week 2 where I wondered how on earth I was going to manage for the full 90 seconds!

Hi I'm Rosie. FINALLY got to start Week 3 this morning. So daunted at prospect of 3 minutes but very happy to get it done. And less of a struggle than I'd thought!

Hi

Week 4 run 3 later this morning. Live in Sweden, so mornings and evenings are dark! Was 60 last month, and have never run before. Can't believe that I have stuck with it! My stamina has improved hugely already, able to sing along with playlist all through the runs. Knees been a little sore, but not surprising really. Hope to complete the 9 weeks by Christmas but that may not be realistic unless I do not have rest days. Any advice? Thanks

Rho

I got back to running after a months hiatus due to injury this week. I am now going to spend the winter training for my first HM in March.
