Hi there and welcome to What is your week November (1)
The idea of "what is your week"
Every week we are going to put up a post so you can add in a little post underneath to say what week you are planning to do this week.
Sample post (feel free to put as much or as little as you like)
Hi I am Realfoodieclub and this week I am doing wk 3, looking forward to it.π
We are growing so much at the moment and I wanted to have a little fun post so we can see who is on what week of the program and hopefully it will help you to feel more included with the forum.
It will help other runners to know they are not alone on their own with their weeks and help everyone feel supported.
Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.
At the end of the month there will be a October certificate for you to download and keep, just a little memento of the fact you have completed a whole moth of the program. Another full month of running for you.
If you have just graduated this will be a great place to keep you motivated, there is always the Quest on the Bridge to 10km forum as well for graduates.
I will add all the names from this week under this post. Every week for the month of September the names will roll over into another post.
Let's get a good list going so we can support each other.
(Come on you lurkers you can do it as well. π)
Wishing you all a happy healthy week.
Rfc x.

Yes I only ever did one early evening run before and it didnβt go well. But after travelling 2 Days nothing was going to stop me sticking to the plan ! πͺπͺπ
I've had a week off due to knee pain (medial collateral ligament i think) and am due to start week 3. I want to do it but seem to have lost my motivation to actually get of the couch and go. But the sun is shining and I have a day off so plenty of time to build up to it
As Iβm off work today Iβm going to try a different route! Along a nice coastal path! Iβm getting addicted to reading posts on this forum! It is very motivational!! π
I have just completed Wk7R2 this morning and feel elated that I am getting towards the final target of 30mins. Today was the first time I enjoyed the run and now feel that I can actually complete the full program. π
Im on wk6 and just ran run 2 , first 10 mins great, 2nd 10 mins difficult, think I went too fast at beginning but finding it hard to slow feet down ha ha
Welcome onboard, your name has been added. It is so easy to start off faster as the runs get longer, I think the brain tries to kid you that it goes better if you do it faster, which doesn't work.
Welcome onboard, your name has been added. Try not to let it get to you. Some days are just bad runs, it could be you didn't sleep as well, you haven't drunk enough, your stressed. Etc.... so many things can make a run difficult. Draw a line under it and move on, I'm sure your next run will be better. Rfc x.
Welcome onboard, your name has been added. If you are coping ok with that pace then that's good, the first few weeks are all about finding a pace that fits with you, there is no rights or wrongs, you body will adjust to the pace as the distances go up, if you find you are having trouble finishing slow down but if you find it all fine then you are going to be a fast runner, either is great your off that couch that is the main thing.
Hi everyone. I'm on week 6 & did run 2 yesterday (Saturday). I am absolutely loving this programme.
Hi! Just found out what the "pinned posts" were about... Not used to chat forums at all. Anyway, I'm finishing (hopefully) W8 on Tuesday and will start W9 on Thursday if the weather is not too bad. Thanks to all of you for what you are doing on this website, it's really fabulous!
Welcome onboard, your name has been added. Thank you, glad you found the pinned posts. I am just about to put up the post for next week please be sure to tell us how next weeks runs go in that post as well.
Week 8 run 1 on holiday in Ely enjoying the countryside and not allowing myself a break just cos Iβm on my hollibobs. Ran week 7 run 3 yesterday found it pretty tough maybe as it was a totally different route than what Iβm used to onwards and upwards ππ»ββοΈ
