Hi there and welcome to What is your week November (2)

Nice to see so many of you joining in, it is a great support to everyone.

The idea of "what is your week"

Every week we are going to put up a post so you can add in a little post underneath to say what week you are planning to do this week.

Sample post (feel free to put as much or as little as you like)

Hi I am Realfoodieclub and this week I am doing wk 3, looking forward to it.😀

We are growing so much at the moment and I wanted to have a little fun post so we can see who is on what week of the program and hopefully it will help you to feel more included with the forum.

It will help other runners to know they are not alone on their own with their weeks and help everyone feel supported.

Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.

At the end of the month there will be a October certificate for you to download and keep, just a little memento of the fact you have completed a whole moth of the program. Another full month of running for you.

If you have just graduated this will be a great place to keep you motivated, there is always the Quest on the Bridge to 10km forum as well for graduates.

I will add all the names from this week under this post. Every week for the month of September the names will roll over into another post.

Let's get a good list going so we can support each other.

(Come on you lurkers you can do it as well. 😀)

Wishing you all a happy healthy week.

Rfc x.

aim this week to get in 2 x 25-30 minute consolidation runs, and probably one shorter run. Did 27 minutes yesterday :) so that's one done!

Welcome onboard, your name has been added. Sound like a good plan. Good luck with your week.

Hi. I am Hillyhelen. Week 3. On holiday in Cornwall this week which has been a good time to go up to 3mins running . The village is on the side of a hill so was very challenging when my 2nd 3 mins started at base of a hill. ⛰ Felt like I was running backwards but somehow reached the top - eventually! 😅

Just completed week 2. So far so good and the park has been so beautiful recently. Reflecting how different things might have been if Michael Jordan had been my PE teacher
