Hi there and welcome to What is your week November (2)
Nice to see so many of you joining in, it is a great support to everyone.
The idea of "what is your week"
Every week we are going to put up a post so you can add in a little post underneath to say what week you are planning to do this week.
Sample post (feel free to put as much or as little as you like)
Hi I am Realfoodieclub and this week I am doing wk 3, looking forward to it.π
We are growing so much at the moment and I wanted to have a little fun post so we can see who is on what week of the program and hopefully it will help you to feel more included with the forum.
It will help other runners to know they are not alone on their own with their weeks and help everyone feel supported.
Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.
At the end of the month there will be a October certificate for you to download and keep, just a little memento of the fact you have completed a whole moth of the program. Another full month of running for you.
If you have just graduated this will be a great place to keep you motivated, there is always the Quest on the Bridge to 10km forum as well for graduates.
I will add all the names from this week under this post. Every week for the month of September the names will roll over into another post.
Let's get a good list going so we can support each other.
(Come on you lurkers you can do it as well. π)
Wishing you all a happy healthy week.
Rfc x.

I'm on week 3 runs this week and already noticing lots of benefits, not least getting out and about in the fresh air and seeing how many other people are doing the same! Is running the new black? π Have a good week everyone.
Welcome onboard, your name has been added. You will be surprised how many runners you will notice there actually is I had no idea until I started running π.
Hi I'm Mini58 and am repeating week 5 after falling during W6R3. My confidence has been knocked so I am going back a couple of weeks to see if I can get it back.
Hi, I am Nell. Graduated but still concentrating on half hour and five k runs. Doing virtual poppy run on Saturday so taking my gear on mono break to run tomorrow.
The gremlins have been getting me since the clock change so need to fight them off this week
Welcome onboard, your name has been added. I know what you mean about the time change, it scuppered me for a while. I think it is the dip In Temperature at the same time as well.
Hello everyone, my name is Christene, and Iβm a runner ...
What? Isnβt this like at Alcoholics Anonymous.... πππ
Seriously though, I am so chuffed with myself ... just one more run to do and Iβll graduate ... but, Iβm still here to support and encourage everyone on this program, I think we should all give back a little to the community, because this community, and the people in it give us so much, and inspire us to carry on and do more ...
So thank you Realfoodieclub , Oldfloss , ju-ju- and all the other admins, and most of all, thank you, the community, we wouldnβt be where we are without you, you help us in so many ways, well, you have helped me enormously, and thanks is not enough for that ... just keep doing what you are doing .... acknowledging your fellow runners achievements and helping them overcome their setbacks ... such a great community ... πππ πππ
Welcome onboard, your name has been added. Hehe, the difference here we donβt mind if you have a G&T after your run. Thank you for your kind words and so true we are so lucky to have this platform.
Welcome onboard, your name has been added. You are doing the right thing staying on a week until you feel comfortable, it will work so much in your favour in the long run.
