What is your week March 4

Welcome to the 4th week of March’s what is your week. In Some places in the UK it actually feels like spring could be on the way. My favourite time of the year for running.

The idea of, "What is your Week" ?

Every week we are going to put up a post, so you can add in a little post underneath, to say what week you are planning to do this week.

Sample post (feel free to put as much or as little as you like):

“Hi Im Ju-Ju and this week, I am doing the dreaded week 5 run 3... help!, any tips guys? ”

We are growing so much at the moment and we wanted to have a little fun post ,so we can see who is on what week of the programme, and hopefully it will help everyone to feel more included on the forum.

Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine; it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.

At the end of the month there will be a Certificate for you to download and keep; just a little memento of the fact you have completed a whole month of the program. Another full month of running for you.

If you have just graduated, this will be a great place to keep you motivated, there is always the Quest on the Bridge to 10k forum as well for graduates.

I will add all the names from this week under this post. Every week for the month of February the names will roll over into another post.

Let's get a good list going so we can support each other.

(Come on you lurkers, you can do it as well. ?)

Ok, so this week I need to believe in myself and move on to week 8. I could make excuses for repeating week 7 a bit longer but, truth be told, I’m kind of tired of that podcast and want a change! ;) It’s only another 3 minutes so that’s perfectly possible, right?!

Yes it is perfectly possible, and I think you know that. Good luck and good running. xx

First post graduate runs for me this week. Graduated Thursday and then took my eldest on a three day mini rugby tour which had undone most of the good work of the past nine weeks. But on the plus side the legs got a good rest.

End of week 2 on Wednesday and then start Week 3 on Friday. I can see a real difference in my body shape. A few people have commented I look slimmer too so I am pleased. Enjoying it! x

The legs are definitely feeling it after the first run of Week 4. Definitely starting to enjoy it more though!!

Hoping to graduate this week. In fact, if I keep to my usual schedule, I will do W9R3 on (Good) Friday, which will be very good!

This week I am still on week 9. Last week I managed day 1 then had an extra couple of rest days before my first park run on Saturday. As I have followed the program along with a C25K running group, this was to be our graduation run too. I was unprepared for the whole park run experience & did not manage to run off from the start like the others in my group. however, I did follow the wk 9 day 2 app & did my best on the day...I did have to walk up the hills, but whatever... so this week I will be back on the program to complete week 9! I can do this!!!!

Run three of week seven completed this morning splashing through puddles in the drizzle - not sure it feels any easier but at least when my legs are saying "really?" my brain knows that they are only having a moan and have done it before so can do it again! Week eight here I come.

First run of week eight this morning - on a cold frosty morning that turned into a lovely day. Still splashing through mud - but good to be out and running.

Ending Week 1. Starting Week 2. Lots of firsts. Not (yet) as bad as I feared!
