Oh my word. Just ran my week6 run 2 tonight and feel on top of the world. The first 10 minutes were fantastic. When sarah said to stop and thought I can go further but behaved myself. This may sound strange but this has been the easiest run to date for me. Is that strange or has anyone else found that. Of course Monday brings run three and 25 minutes continuous running and I will have this smile wiped off my face but from a non runner this is my turning point. The programme truly works. I am a believer and anyone who is struggling.... You can do it!! PMA

Well done. Sounds like you are a confident runner. Enjoy Run 3. I loved that one

I am a big Week 6 fan Woodhaven20 ! I like the way it builds up seemingly slowly and then unleashes you for run 3. I am still doing it on a loop some months past graduation. I suspect you will love run 3.
