You told me runners were invisible! Judging by a number of amused smiles as I jogged gently along the prom I had forgotten my invisibility cloak! BUT...

For the first time ever, I am not the slowest runner in the world!!! 😂 Yes there were several courageous ladies out there who were slower than me - and boy did I give them a big friendly smile!

Also...

First time my average pace was under 9 mins per Km & didn't once think " I want to stop".

Let 'em laugh - I'm happy. Penultimate run in the bag. 😀

Oh thank you 😊 I'm feeling very excited about it and wish that I could do it today in this lovely sunshine. I'll have to get the bike out today otherwise my want to run feelings will make me go pop!😄
