Hi Merseychic...chill a bit😄..you graduated 4 days ago, so now is the time to consolidate that 30 mins of running until it feels comfortable. If your not quite at 5k try to get there by adding a minute or two onto a 30 min run now and again. If you are running 5k you may like to sign up for Ju ju's 6 week 10k plan which is starting on 1st Dec.

In the meantime, run because you can, use ths Wk9 podcast, your own music, new routes and just enjoy your new ability. The more you run the stronger and better you will get

I will put the link to Ju Ju's plan here

I did them all, repeatedly, and still do The slow runs at the very start are for leg building. Slow running builds legs, the music is weird admittedly but ss you listen to the beat and get lost in it. They are tough but well worth doing.

Don’t let the music put you off! 💪🏃‍♀️

Not all the way through, only for a section 🙂

I have danced and cycled most of my life. I find the first pace too unnatural and i would rather not run. Like i said i spent most of my run trying to find the next pace section
