Congratulations! Have a glass of vino and a rest day or 2 first 😂 then consolidate. I ran 2x 30 mins and increased my distance by 10% for 1 longer run each week until I hit that elusive 5k. You can feel a bit lost without the program so try to have a plan and keep checking in here for motivation. There are also the C25K + podcasts (steppingstones, speed and stamina) which I’ve found to be really good for increasing pace and distance. It’s nice to have someone telling you what to do again as well 😂. Don’t forget to put together a playlist of banging tunes too 🎵
Keep running 🏃♀️
