Hello all, now that I have graduated (that sounds good!) I was thinking of sticking to 3 runs per week, but only do 1 30 min run and the other 2 to be some form of interval work?
what are your thoughts?

It is completely up to you, of course, and it really depends on what your objectives are.
What I would say is try not to overdo the intervals. They are effective in moderation but most people find then to be very hard going and feeling wiped out after 2/3 of your runs can become quite demoralising.
Congratulations on completing! When I'm running well I always do 1 long run. 1 interval session (you can do hill reps in this too starting run up walk down then run up and jog down as you improve) and a tempo session. I have been told tempo is the most important part of your training. Of course it all comes down to you and what you want out of running. Hope this helps

Try the C25k+ podcasts. These will give you a tempo run (Stamina) and an interval run (Speed) which then leaves you one run a week to run free as it were (maybe you could use this for parkrun!). Have fun!
I have just had a look at the c25+ podcasts, not exactly inspiring. I think I will go and google and see if there are any better options, some kind of weekly thing like c25k
