Just checking in to say hi to old friends... watching your posts with great joy. I’m still rebuilding from injury, 20 mins is tomorrow’s target. Look at my 5 k runs on Strava and pine a little but it’s all good. Weight coming off and core strengthening classes are flippin hard and Im a bit rubbish but persevering as they are fun and are working.
