Week 8 Run 1 which turned into week 9 Run 1 accidentally!!!

So another rainy day think it would be boring now to run in clear dry weather!! Started my run completing the first lap of my circuit and realised my dear phone had paused at 28.45 secs great!! So a lap that usually takes 4mins had taken 15 secs off my run great!!! Anyway thought just restart and carry on which I did was hard going last few minutes and when I got home realised why - I had run 3.2 mile just over 5k!!!! My usual run completion is 2.9 mike. Oh well at least I know I can do it. Good luck to everyone today and hope your tech doesn’t let you down!!! 😀👍

Yes thanks I am now but at the time was very tired and thought how am I going to manage another two of these runs. Thankfully if my tech works hopefully my next 28 mins will be ok 👍 good luck with your next run 🏃

When the tech gets tetchy, we always suffer. Notice it never works in your favour. But well done you doing the magical 5k before graduation. A great achievement
